Submitting your quarterly report

  1. Open the Quarterly report templatearrow-up-right

  2. Save a copy of the spreadsheet to your own Google Drive

  3. Fill out the spreadsheet with all necessary information

  4. Create a public share link for the spreadsheet

  5. Copy/paste the spreadsheet link into the Quarterly Activities report - submission form.
